House shoes finally made it to the 412 and he killed it.  I didn't know he was coming to the shadow until the night before (via SMI) and was scrambling to find his cell number (in a old phone probably) to hit him...but saddely my cell is now R.I.P.  When he came through he didn't recognize me w/the beard at first..but only took a minute to remake the connection.

  When I say he killed it, he killed it.  Wish there were more people there that night (was a last minute gig) but for those there it was ill.  Of course he banged plenty of dilla joints w/the originals..but my thing was that he just kept it going non-stop. Gots to have him come through again...for one of my joints.

Battle for the Arts!!!

Me and Dj Mad Buddha (P.Dang) spun at the Battle for the arts event, a week or so ago.  We also spun at the very first one that was held.  Check out some video from the event (which I put together)...as well as a few pics.  Video was shot with the GH1, paul shot a few of the scenes in it (primarily the ones with me on the tables)...Dj Grand came out and shot some footage with the 7d..but I haven't got the footage as of yet...so didn't use it.  I edited on FCP and shot without any additional lights....besides for a the "birdseye view"...used a light source I had w/me.   The Beat is something I had sitting for awhile, but will be on another project of mine.....trust me, the record is coming.

was watching these two kids break on the season premiere of america got talent and spotted wildchild (from stones throw records) must have been one of his kids out there..tried hitting up stones throw site..but couldn't post anything....well you read about it here first
